This easy to use standalone web-based interface, or automated batch load system, enables clients' Customer Services teams to issue coupons to their customers by post. Help Centre
Consumers may access our Help Centre with Instructions and FAQ’s at every stage in the print process. Common issues and their solutions are listed, and there’s the additional opportunity to chat live with (or leave a message for) our tech support staff if enabled. If the problem can’t be resolved, customers are presented with the option to get their coupon by mail (CustomerCare Print & Mail™). Our solution is completely hands-off and hassle-free for clients.

Sometimes products may not be available at all major retailer chains, formats of stores, as well as regions. ShopDigger™, our proprietary store locator search engine, can be setup and integrated into your campaign ensuring customers are directed only to those stores that stock your products.
