Role Overview - Junior Campaign Executive

Campaign / Client Management (30%)
  • Directly responsible for managing new and existing campaigns, taking control of day-to-day client support & communications.
  • Administering the company’s solutions and facilitating client integration.
  • Manage client requirements, own campaign plans and be accountable for setting-up campaigns on schedule.
  • Building positive and profitable long-relationships with clients, agencies and partners.
  • Pro-actively provide value-added services to clients including client reporting, recommendations and responding to requests for information.
  • Becoming an expert in our deployment of consumer printable coupon/voucher marketing solutions.
Operational Support & Project Management (20%)
  • Liaise with US Engineering Team at our parent company Coupons, Inc. and support the development of new products & services.
  • Provide feedback from the field on improving existing products and services.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, IT or related field (and/or equivalent, relevant work experience).
  • Up to 3 years experience in Account Management or Customer Service or Client Services - dealing directly with Clients, Customers and Sales Executives.
  • Online marketing and advertising experience is highly desirable (but not required).
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills including strong attention to details, ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding ability to multi-task while operating in an environment of frequently changing priorities and successfully managing the demands of a quickly growing workforce.
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet browser tools.
  • Must demonstrate professional demeanour and positive attitude.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic & entrepreneurial environment – outside corporate comfort zone.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experience of dealing with clients/customers.
  • Mature and organised.
