• Please make sure you’re checking the correct printer. Sounds silly, but it’s not unheard of.
• Check for a paper jam.
• Look for a little printer icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and double click on it if it’s there. This sometimes has clues as to what is going on.
• Check and make sure there is paper, ink/toner, that it’s turned on, if the lid is closed, or anything else that would keep it from printing. It may start printing the coupon as soon as you take care of that.
• Are there any security measures on your network (usually if you’re at the office) that would prevent you from printing? (Such as: firewall protection & browser pop-up blockers)
