The Site is provided by Couponstar Ltd (UK) , together with its parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "Couponstar"). The "Site" includes, without limitation: (a) all websites, co-branded microsites, services, or applications owned or provided by Couponstar, and all services offered on or through www.beforeishop.co.uk, www.couponmicrosite.net, www.safecoupons.co.uk, www.oclus.co.uk or www.couponstar.com, and other services accessible via www.beforeishop.co.uk, www.couponmicrosite.net, www.safecoupons.co.uk, www.oclus.co.uk or www.couponstar.com ("Services"); (b) all software offerings and applications owned or provided by Couponstar and/or available on or through www.beforeishop.co.uk, www.couponmicrosite.net, www.safecoupons.co.uk, www.oclus.co.uk or www.couponstar.com ("Software"); and (c) web pages, data, text, images, photographs, graphics, audio, video, and documents including, without limitation, offers and coupons, marketing materials, press releases, white papers, product data sheets, and other information and content available on or through or submitted on or through www.beforeishop.co.uk, www.couponmicrosite.net, www.safecoupons.co.uk, www.oclus.co.uk or www.couponstar.com ("Content").

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms of Use") and the Couponstar Privacy Policy. Additional terms and conditions applicable to specific areas of this Site or to particular content or transactions are also posted in particular areas of the Site and, together with these Terms of Use, govern your use of those areas, content or transactions. These Terms of Use, together with applicable additional terms and conditions, are referred to as this "Agreement." IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Updates

Couponstar reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. If Couponstar decides to change this Agreement, Couponstar will post the changes to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other places Couponstar deems appropriate so that you are aware of the change(s). Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified. The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth below.

Use of the site

You agree not to access or use the Site in any manner that may damage, disable, unduly burden, or impair any Couponstar networks or systems. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any areas of the Site, or any Couponstar networks or systems, or to interfere or attempt to interfere with any Couponstar networks or systems. You agree not to attempt to interfere with Services provided to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, spamming, crashing, or otherwise. You agree not to use any robot or spider, or any other automated means to access or use the Site or any Couponstar networks or systems.

Access to the site and registration

Access to and use of password protected or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorised users only. As a registered user of the Site you agree to provide accurate information to the Service and its advertisers, clients and partners at all times. The Site is strictly limited to one membership account per individual user only.

When you register with the Site, a code will be sent to you mobile phone using an SMS messaging service. You are required to enter this code into the Site in order to complete your registration and to qualify for the prize draw (see Registration Prize Draw below).

For authorisation and redemption purposes, you will be required to identify yourself through your username and password. For the avoidance of doubt, any individual logging in with a correct username and password will have full access to that account, and it is the sole responsibility of the account holder to ensure that this information is not made available to unauthorised individuals. You agree to notify Couponstar immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or account.

You shall ensure that your personal profile is up-to-date and accurate. You agree to promptly notify the Service of any change in your address (mail or email) or personal profile by updating your personal information at the My Account section of the Site.

We reserve the right to send members messages from time to time which they have not requested. Such messages may include system updates; flash bulletins; administrative announcements; advertiser messages, special requests and so on - and may be sent via email, regular mail or mobile.

Children

Certain offers and promotions are only available to persons over the age of 16. Other promotions and games may have restrictions of 18 years and over and are limited to persons aged 18 years and older.

The registration content of this site is limited to persons aged 16 years and older. No email communication will be sent to any registrant under the age of 18 years old.

Registration prize draw

No purchase is necessary upon registration. The Prize Draw is open to registered members of the Service, who are residents of the United Kingdom or Ireland and aged 16 years or over, excluding the employees and their families of Couponstar, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

You must register with on the Site to be entered into the Prize Draw. Only one entry per person and email address is allowed. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by the use of 'script', 'brute force' or other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

One winner will be selected at random under independent supervision from all entries received that month. There is one prize each month of a £250 gift vouchers from Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's or Waitrose (John Lewis). No cash alternative. Couponstar's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. The winner will be contacted by email by the 21st of the following month for each Prize Draw and their name will be posted on the winners' page on the Site. Couponstar does not take responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries.

Dealing with site advertisers

Your correspondence or dealings with, or participation in promotions and/or advertisers found on or through the Site are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Couponstar shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on the Site.

Coupons and offers

Acceptance of coupons and offers printed off from the website is at the discretion of our advertisers and/or their distributors. Our advertisers and/or their distributors have the right to reject any offer. Couponstar cannot guarantee that all offers will be redeemable in retail outlets. Each offer is only redeemable once per individual. By printing these coupons you have agreed to the terms and conditions printed on the coupons and the terms of use of this Site. Please note that all coupons are only valid only in the United Kingdom and Ireland and are void where prohibited.

Content

All Content, including without limitation, any offer or coupon, grocery product, recipe, medicine, and health information is provided on or through the Site for informational purposes only, and should not be construed to indicate that any such Content is endorsed by Couponstar, effective, or safe for your use. Always consult your medical professional regarding any health or medical condition and before using any medical product advertised on the Site. Couponstar makes no representation or guarantee that the Content is accurate, complete or timely, and reliance on any information within the Content or provided on or through the Site is solely at your own risk.

Copyright

The Site and the Content are protected by England and Wales and international copyright laws, and belong to Couponstar and/or their clients, partners, affiliates, contributors or third parties. The copyrights in the Content are owned by Couponstar or other copyright owners who have authorised their use on the Site. You may download and reprint Content for non-commercial, non-public, personal use only. (If you are browsing this Site as an employee or member of any business or organisation, you may download and reprint Content only for educational or other non-commercial purposes within your business or organisation, except as otherwise permitted by Couponstar). You may not manipulate or alter in any way images or other Content on the Site without specific permission from Couponstar or the copyright owner.

Trademark

You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without permission from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.

The Site provides links to third party web sites or information which are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Site. Couponstar may change the Services offered on or through the Site at any time without notice. Couponstar makes no representation that the Site is available for use in your location, and a reference to Services within the Site does not imply that the Services will be available to you and/or in your location.

Use of software

Your use of Software is subject to these Terms of Use and all agreements including all license agreements and end user agreements that accompany or are included with the Software, and other terms and conditions that apply (collectively, "EULA Terms"). Couponstar makes no express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with respect to the Site, the Service or the Content. Couponstar expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, with regard to the Site, the Service, the Content, and any product or service furnished or to be furnished via the site. Couponstar does not warrant that the functions performed by the Site or the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects in the site or the service will be corrected. Couponstar does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Content, or that any errors in the Content will be corrected. The Site, the Service and the Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Limitation of liability

If you are dissatisfied with the Site, the Service, the Content, or with the Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site. In the event that some of the above limitations may not apply to you through application of law, Couponstar's liability is limited and warranties are excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law, but shall, in no event, exceed £100.00.

Indemnification

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behaviour on the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Couponstar, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, joint ventures, business partners, licensors, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable lawyer fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Site, the Service, or the Content, or any violation by you of this Agreement.

Termination

Couponstar has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity on the Site. Couponstar may disclose information from the Site to any third party including the police to protect its rights and property in response to legal process, or in a good faith belief that disclosure is justified or required, or in an emergency situation. Couponstar may investigate any reported violation of its policies and complaints, and take any appropriate action it deems appropriate at any time, including without limitation, suspension or termination of access and/or use of the Site, or any applicable Services, Software or Content. In addition, Couponstar may, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing or limit access to the Site or any areas of the Site.

General provisions

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by Couponstar of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Couponstar therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. Couponstar does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected.

If any part of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, Couponstar's Privacy Policy, your use of the Site, any other Couponstar web site, the Service, or the Content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
